REFUND POLICY

Broken or Defective Items:
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact Customer Service immediately with details for instructions on submitting item for refund. Buyer must contact Customer Service within 7 days after receiving product.

Non-Broken/Non-Defective Items:
If item is non-broken or non-defective and refund is needed, buyer must contact Customer Service within 7 days after receiving product for further instructions on submitting item for refund.

Refunds cannot be accepted after 7 days.

SHIPPING:
All of our products are shipped by UPS Ground 1-6 days. If product is 1lb or less the item will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Pay-Pal (preferred), money order or cashier checks. Items paid for by money order or cashier checks will not be shipped until money order or cashier check clears. Customer Service will notify buyer when payment clears and item is shipped.
